At Bedford Pentecostal Church, our Ladies Fellowship is a spirit-filled ministry, where women of all ages and backgrounds gather to grow in Christ and uplift one another.

We recognise life cannot and should not be done alone, we need our Sisters in Christ to rise up and be the pillars God has destined them to be. Strong and firm in faith, the purpose of BPC’s Ladies Fellowship is to create a warm, faith-filled space where women encourage one another in their walk with Christ. Through a time of prayer, teaching, fellowship, and shared testimony, the fellowship seeks to strengthen women in their identity, equip them for everyday life, and empower them to serve confidently within the church and the wider community. Together, the women of BPC aim to cultivate a supportive sisterhood that uplifts, inspires, and reflects the love of Jesus.
The Ladies Fellowship is reverently led by Sister Linda since its founding in 2008. This ministry has been a beacon of faith, support, and empowerment for women in our church. For 15 years, this fellowship has nurtured the spiritual growth of God’s Daughters, exemplifying the power of sisterhood in the body of Christ.
In a world where women often carry heavy burdens, the Sisterhood stands as a place of encouragement, prayer, and strength, helping each sister discover her God-given purpose. Just as Psalm 144:12 reminds us, “and our daughters will be like pillars carved to adorn a palace,” the women of this fellowship are pillars in the church – steadfast, seen, and essential to God’s work in the world. Through their fellowship, mentorship, and devotion, they continue to build a legacy of faith, love, and resilience that inspires generations to come.

Together, we stand in prayer for our families, church, and nation, believing in the power of women united in faith. Through worship, teaching, sharing, and prayer, we encourage one another to apply God’s Word in everyday life and walk boldly in His promises. It’s also a wonderful opportunity to bond with other women in our church family while raising and mentoring the next generation in faith.
Connect, grow and support, the ladies fellowship gathers once every month. Throughout the year, members engage in a variety of spiritual and fellowship activities designed to strengthen bonds and deepen their walk with God. In the spring, the fellowship takes a special time to celebrate and give thanks to God for the women in the congregation, honouring the many roles they embrace – as mothers, grandmothers, sisters, friends, and spiritual mothers.
