At Bedford Pentecostal Church, we encourage, nurture, and celebrate our Next Generation, a zealous group spanning ages 5 through to 30.
Start children off on the way they should go, and even when they are old they will not turn from it.
The vision for Bedford Pentecostal Church’s Next Generation is to raise a vibrant, Christ-centred generation equipped to know God, grow in their faith, and impact their world.
Through age-specific teaching, discipleship, worship, and community-focused activities, the Next Generation seeks to cultivate young people who are spiritually grounded, confident in their identity in Christ, and empowered to serve both in the church and beyond.
Our heart is to journey with every child, teenager, and young adult as they develop strong foundations, discover their God-given purpose, and step boldly into the Kingdom of God and future God has prepared for them.

Made up of BPC KiDZ, Vine BPC Youth Group, and Rooted Young Adults Ministry. Every Sunday, the BPC KiDZ and Youth meet for Sunday School, offering tailored classes for the following ages:
Here, children read the Bible, learn the morals and values of Christ, and are encouraged to worship joyfully with the whole church family, often displaying the richness of childlike praise. This ministry is graciously overseen by Sister Serena and her dedicated team of teachers, assistants and volunteers. BPC KiDZ club takes place once a month and is run by Serena and her dedicated team.
Vine, the BPC youth group, meets once a month to create a fun, faith-building space where the youth can grow in their relationship with God and each other. The group is lovingly led by Adrian and Fungi, who are passionate about inspiring and supporting the youth as they transition from children into young adults..
Rooted, the young adults ministry meets once every month. Leading open discussions that foster encouragement, unity, and authenticity, it’s a place where belonging is established, friendships are nurtured, and lives are built on Christ’s truth. This ministry is supported and overseen by Sue and Sheena.
Together, the Next Generation is growing in faith and becoming strong witnesses for Christ.

Family and community support are central to BPC’s Next Generation ministry. We partner closely with parents, carers, and the wider church family to create a nurturing environment for children, youth, and young adults.
The ministry recognises that spiritual growth flourishes when young people are surrounded by consistent love, encouragement, and godly example, both at home and in church.
Through open communication, family-focused events, and community-building activities, BPC aims to equip families, strengthen relationships, and ensure every young person feels supported, valued, and connected as they grow in their faith.
